Still doing 3x8 bodyweight pullups 3 years on?
Treat your pullups the same as any other exercise. Aim for some sort of overload, whether that's an increase in reps or weight.
Do this and watch your lats blow up 🔥
The big rig hit a huge lifetime goal of 700kg on the weekend. The best part was, he got to do it whilst competing alongside his wife 🥰
Nick had the perfect day going 9/9 and hitting PBs on every single lift:
262.5kg squat
170kg bench press
267.5kg deadlift
