Going to the gym?
Don’t forget your mask!
Masks are mandatory for all staff and customers in indoor settings – you can remove it when exercising on the gym floor, but have to leave it on when in a gym class or other indoor areas such as reception and change rooms
✔️ Multi-layered cloth masks can block up to 50-70% of fine droplets and particles, so wearing a mask will help protect you, and those around you from the spread of COVID-19.
You’re much more likely to catch COVID-19 while indoors. It’s still better to exercise outdoors

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! 👍
A father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way - Unknown
Father’s Day is an opportunity to tell dad how much you appreciate him. New dads, old dads, granddads, dads-in-law, stepdads, serious dads, etc.…There must be a million fatherly types out there, and without a doubt, there are at least that many reasons to honor them on Father’s Day.
Wishing all the fathers of Hwarangdo Fairfield a wonderful and safe Father's Day today.
