🥜 PEANUT BUTTER BARS 🥜
These peanut butter protein bars are easy to make, and delicious! They’re the perfect healthy snack for busy days!

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
* 1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
* 1 cup almond flour
* 1/2 cup agave syrup
* 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
* 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
* Mix the peanut butter, protein powder, almond flour, and syrup together in a mixing bowl.
* Pour the mixture into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
* Melt the chocolate chips for about 30-45 seconds in the microwave and mix in the coconut oil.
* Pour the chocolate mixture over the bars and freeze for about 1 hour.
* Slice into 16 bars and enjoy!

⭐️⭐️ TRX ROWS ⭐️⭐️ One of my favourite exercises to incorporate into classes and sessions are TRX rows. With a few small regressions, they can become beginner friendly! Wanting something harder? Progressing the movement is the way to go! Talk to our class instructors or PT if you ever need advice on an exercise or machine 🫶🫶
