State Dressage Championships ENTRIES CLOSING 8pm SUNDAY

The Schedule for the postponed 2022 State Dressage Championships has now been emailed out. We have had some significant changes, highlighted below.

Championship Eligibility
RIDERS ARE ELIGIBILE FOR CHAMPION ONLY FOR THE HIGHLEST LEVEL THEY ENTER ACROSS THE WEEKEND. Whilst riders can place and be awarded a ribbon in their lower level, they are NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE AWARDED CHAMPION IN THAT LEVEL. For example, if a rider enters Novice and Elementary, they can be awarded ribbons for places in both their Novice and Elementary tests, however they are only eligible to be awarded Champion in Elementary (NOTE: this has been amended as a result of a Motion passed in the November 2022 State Meetings).
Stables and Yards

Undercover stables are extremely limited and booked on a first-in, first-served basis. We do have a waitlist available for stables, though JustGo.

Previous Entries
All previous entries will be carried over from the October dates. If you have scratched and wish to re-enter, please do so however if you have already entered and cannot make these dates, please ensure you email me PRIOR TO FRIDAY 27TH JANUARY to be eligible for a full refund. If you wish to amend your horse, classes etc, please let me know by Sunday 22nd January. If you did not enter for either of the previous planned dates, you are eligible to enter now, but please check the eligibility requirements on the schedule.

Temperature & Heat Awareness
The Organising Committee is very conscious of the potential heat and humidity for the event dates and should scheduling changes occur to reduce time spent in the heat (i.e. early morning and evening tests), these will be sent to riders in the days leading up to the event.

Before you enter have the following things ready
• PCA Member ID
• RAS Details in childs name
• Microchip number (must be registered with the AAR Registry)

To enter, members need to go to the Pony Club JustGo database and enter via this system using their membership profile. https://pca.justgo.com/Account.mvc/SignIn Entries, including payments, collected by Pony Club NSW will be submitted to the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW via their online competition entry system. To enable Pony Club NSW staff to input and submit your entries and payments, please ensure all of your provided information is correct including RAS Membership (if applicable), AAR Registration and Microchip number and enter by Wednesday 18 January 2023.

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, Pony Club NSW and Equestrian NSW have been working together to ensure that riders will have the opportunity to compete at both Sydney Royal and the ENSW Interschool event.

Ok. Active kids are up and running on Just Go!

1. JustGo is now open for 2023 registrations
2. You can use any remaining 2022 Active Kids vouchers by entering the voucher code in the field ‘discount code’
3. If you have more than one child make sure that you do a seperate transaction and payment for each one.
4. Reminder that every family must have at least one non-riding adult member registered.
5. If you don’t have Active Kids left, you can wait to renew in 2023.
6. Please note that you must be a 2023 financial member to use the grounds from 1 January.

Also Tallies camp in January is up as well. You must be a 2023 financial member to attend and not long after is the Matcham Dressage champs (more details to come)

If anyone will have a new combination for tallies let us know and we can get you sited before the camp.
