I studied Health Science at the the University of Sydney, where I developed not only a background in Medical Science, but found that I was also passionate about Health promotion. I have a diploma in Nutrition, Business as well as My certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness. Helping others create a healthy lifestyle has always been something that I enjoy, and I take great pride in providing a great service to women across Sydney. There is an assumption that only the wealthy or that only the fittest people have a personal trainer. This is not the case! Many women I have spoken to find going to the gym or training in mixed groups intimidating, I know I did when I first started training after I moved to Sydney. I wanted to create an environment where women feel comfortable to come to, and to provide an atmosphere that was both friendly and supportive. I wanted to be able to combine my passion for health promotion, fitness, and helping others, and that is how She Fit Sydney was born! She Fit Sydney caters for all ages, all fitness levels. We take one on one training sessions, as well as provide group training. We run public bootcamps, or why not grab a few friends and book a spot and get fit while having a catch up?
