🙌 EXCITING NEWS! Capricorn Coast Swimming Clubs are offering a FREE Come and Try week for all junior aged swimmers. 🏊🏻‍♀️

🙌 DID YOU KNOW? - Swimming offers young people a powerful, full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds muscle strength, and increases lung capacity. Beyond physical health, it enhances brain development through coordinated movement, boosts mental well-being by releasing endorphins, and serves as a vital, life-saving skill. It is also a WHOLE LOT FUN! 🤩

🙌 We have a variety of options for differing levels of ability and confidence, and would love to see you down at the new Capricorn Coast Aquatic Centre to have some fun! 🥳
