🚚 MOVING DAY IS ALMOST HERE! 🐾🧘‍♀️

Just a heads-up that we will be CLOSED this Saturday while we pack up the last of the mats, wrangle the boxes (and the dogs) and make the move into our new studio!

We’re so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space.

As you would have heard us mention if you have been in class lately… we are moving!
After 8 wonderful years at our Emu Heights home, it’s time for a new chapter. While there is sadness leaving this space that we have loved for so long, it’s exciting to see what is to come.

We are working our way through all the moving plans and at this stage our first classes in our new space will be starting on Monday September 7.

Our new space is located at 1/13 Renshaw Street, Cranebrook. Our friends at Diamond Thai Kickboxing are kindly sharing their space with us, taking us back to the old days at the original Penrith studio when we shared the floor with the bjj studio.

There will be updates shared as we get closer to the date and we will keep you updated on any changes to class times etc.

Our yoga studio will be closed from Friday 20 March to Friday 10 April 2026 while Michelle takes some time to rest and recover following surgery. This short pause will allow for proper healing so we can return refreshed and ready to continue supporting your practice. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when the studio reopens on Saturday 11 April. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time. 🧘‍♀️💛

Our training studio - both Private PT Sessions and group classes with Mark and Martin will remain as normal during this time.

That’s right folks… we are planning Christmas already!

Today our baby boy turns 1… already!!!! It’s gone so fast, who would have thought that the tiny little nugget we picked up from Bendigo would turn out to be such an big handsome chunker 🤣
This of course means a week of Donny celebrations!

It’s just one day… but we have got to let you know!

Shell is at a workshop this Saturday, so our yoga classes on Saturday are cancelled for this week only. Perfect opportunity for you all to sleep in… Or go for a walk… let’s face it the weather is meant to be rubbish, so sleep in!

All other classes this week are as normal. So if you are keen to get you yoga in on other day we will be here!
