What if the workout that gets you results isn’t the one that destroys you?

Some days you’ll feel strong and push harder.
Some days you won’t.

Both can still be good training.

You don’t need to finish every workout on the floor. You don’t need to beat yesterday every single time. And you definitely don’t need to prove how hard you worked.

The people who make progress aren’t necessarily the ones who go hardest.

They’re the ones who find a way to keep showing up.

Train hard when it makes sense.
Back off when you need to.
Keep moving forward.

Because the results come from what you keep doing. 💪

This weekend we took a crew with us to compete in their first Hyrox race. Over the last 4 months they trained hard, they pushed their limits and kept turning up! Their consistency paid off. They were there to prove to themselves (no one else) that they can do hard things! We are so unbelievably proud of everyone this weekend. We know things don’t always go to plan but you should feel proud for showing up, for the training, for the sweat, the progress and hard work that went in. My first HYROX. 💪🔥

And I went into it with one goal — enjoy the experience.

I wasn’t there to race anyone. I wasn’t worried about being the fastest or pushing 100% the whole way.

I took my time. I smiled. I waved. I enjoyed it… and somehow I even managed to accidentally do two extra running laps because I got confused. 😂🤦‍♂️ So technically, I got a little more HYROX than I paid for.

But that’s part of the experience.

You don’t have to be an elite athlete. You don’t have to chase a time. You can challenge yourself, have fun and simply see what you’re capable of.

Sometimes the biggest win is just giving it a go, crossing that finish line and thinking… yeah, I did that.

Anyone can do HYROX their way. 🙌

And yes… my legs are absolutely killing me today. 😂

Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up often enough for things to start changing. 🧡💜

You get stronger.
You start backing yourself.
Movement feels better.
Your mood shifts.
Training becomes a habit instead of something you have to keep restarting.

And eventually, you look back and realise the things that once felt hard… don’t feel so hard anymore.

The progress might not happen overnight, but those little wins keep adding up.

Keep showing up. You might be surprised by what it gives you. 🔥

You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest to start.

And you definitely don’t have to wait until you feel ready.

Because confidence doesn’t always come before you start. Sometimes it comes because you started.

You show up when it’s hard.
You find your balance.
You keep going.

Then one day you realise you’re fitter than you were. Stronger than you were. The things that used to scare you don’t feel quite as scary anymore.

That’s what we’re seeing with our Ignite30 members training for HYROX.

They didn’t wait until they were ready.

They started — and they’re becoming ready along the way. 💪

Whatever your goal is, don’t wait for the perfect time or the perfect version of yourself.

Start where you are. Keep showing up. See where it takes you.

It’s you against you. ❤️

🔥 12-MINUTE KETTLEBELL CORE AMRAP

One kettlebell. Five exercises. 12 minutes.

Set the timer for 12 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible:

💪 10 KB Marches
💪 10 KB Dead Bugs
💪 10 KB Pull-Throughs
💪 10 KB Sit-Ups
💪 10 KB Wood Chops — 5 each side

Once you finish the wood chops, go straight back to the marches and keep moving until the 12 minutes are up.

Simple, effective and a great way to get some core work in without spending forever in the gym. 🔥

Save it and give it a go!

Sometimes the hardest part of training happens before you even walk through the door.

You start thinking about how tired you are, how busy the day has been, whether you feel motivated… and suddenly you’ve talked yourself out of it.

The more we overthink it, the harder it becomes.

Some days, the best thing you can do is stop negotiating with yourself and just start.

You’ll almost always be glad you did. ❤️

“I don’t want to be 80 and not be able to tie my own shoelaces.”

That was her answer when we asked why she keeps showing up.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because she’s always motivated.

Because she knows that the small decisions she makes today will shape the life she gets to live tomorrow.

That’s why she stays.
And that’s why consistency will always beat motivation. ❤️
