What if the workout that gets you results isn’t the one that destroys you?
Some days you’ll feel strong and push harder.
Some days you won’t.
Both can still be good training.
You don’t need to finish every workout on the floor. You don’t need to beat yesterday every single time. And you definitely don’t need to prove how hard you worked.
The people who make progress aren’t necessarily the ones who go hardest.
They’re the ones who find a way to keep showing up.
Train hard when it makes sense.
Back off when you need to.
Keep moving forward.
Because the results come from what you keep doing. 💪

This weekend we took a crew with us to compete in their first Hyrox race. Over the last 4 months they trained hard, they pushed their limits and kept turning up! Their consistency paid off. They were there to prove to themselves (no one else) that they can do hard things! We are so unbelievably proud of everyone this weekend. We know things don’t always go to plan but you should feel proud for showing up, for the training, for the sweat, the progress and hard work that went in. Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up often enough for things to start changing. 🧡💜
You get stronger.
You start backing yourself.
Movement feels better.
Your mood shifts.
Training becomes a habit instead of something you have to keep restarting.
And eventually, you look back and realise the things that once felt hard… don’t feel so hard anymore.
The progress might not happen overnight, but those little wins keep adding up.
Keep showing up. You might be surprised by what it gives you. 🔥
