Our innovative choreography is upbeat, modern, fun, and great for all ages from 3 years to ladies. Physie dance classes are a combination of basic ballet and contemporary, aerobic warm ups, standing and floor exercises, hip hop and jazz dance, with routines performed to modern music. This week, our Mermaid family came together to support our beautiful Mermaid sister, Mila 💚💜 We wore green to class and raised some money to show our love and support for Mila and her family.
