What a night at the Cairns Festival Grand Street Parade! There’s nothing quite like the moment the float pulls out from the Pier and turns onto the Esplanade. For the next kilometre, both sides of the road are packed with spectators- 30,000 people cheering, applauding, and waving as you go past. Julian had the music pumping getting the crowd dancing- it’s such a fun event and a great chance to showcase the Cairns Kart Club to the community. A big thank you to Craig, Byron, Matilda, Jace, George, Edward, Astie, Cara, Peter, Diana, Tony, Daniel, Michael, Marie and Ruby, as well as thanks to Matt and Raelene for generously lending us their truck. Thanks Cairns Festival- we had a ball!

Congratulations to Cairns Club Member Luke Downes who at the Ipswich Race of Champions event which was held over two days. He came 10th out of 19 Karts in KA 3 Senior

Noms for the FNQ Titles are now open. We will be using the 1176 M track layout which we used earlier in the year. Final only count meet this one.
