September starts strong. 💪
Our Strength & Conditioning sessions aren’t random workouts — they’re structured, coached and designed to help you actually progress.
Lower body. Fundamentals. Upper body. Full body.
Each session has a purpose, with your coach there to guide your technique, adjust movements and make sure you’re training at the right level for you.
New to strength training? Experienced? Coming back after time away? Start where you are. We’ll build from there.
Train with purpose. Get coached. Get stronger.

Over $30,000 raised for youth mental health! 💙👏🏼
What an incredible achievement from our dear client, Wilf Chambers! Wilf has put in a massive amount of work to support such an important cause, and we couldn’t be prouder of him.
It has also been amazing to see so many members of our Liftlab community get behind Wilf and support him throughout the journey. That’s what community is all about! 💪🏼🩵
If you see Wilf around the gym, make sure you show him some love. Raising over $30,000 is a HUGE achievement and absolutely worth celebrating!
Well done, Wilf, you’re an absolute legend! 💪🏼👊🏼🩵🔥

Pain-free doesn’t always mean ready.
Getting out of pain is an important step, but returning to training confidently takes more than simply waiting until something feels better.
Good rehab should rebuild:
• Movement control
• Strength and capacity
• Confidence under load
• Tolerance to the demands of training
At The Lift Lab, the goal isn’t to avoid loading forever. It’s to progressively earn it back, with the right plan, coaching and progression.
Because rehab shouldn’t finish at “not injured.”
It should get you back to feeling strong, capable and confident again.
Coming back from injury, surgery or a training setback?
Book a consultation and let’s build your return properly.

Glute activation isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right thing before you load the movement.
At The Lift Lab, we assess what actually needs attention first, then use simple drills to improve position, control and muscle awareness before moving into the main lift.
Sometimes that means a band. Sometimes it doesn’t
The aim isn’t to feel completely cooked before your first working set.
It’s to move better, feel more prepared and train with purpose.
Assess first. Activate second. Load when it matters.

Your RDL doesn’t need more range. It needs more control.
A strong RDL starts with understanding the movement, not just moving the weight from A to B.
Three cues we use:
• Hips back before the knees
• Lats on and keep the load close
• Stop where you can still control your position
Technique isn’t about making a lift look perfect. It’s about directing load where we want it, building strength safely and creating movement you can repeat under load.
Save this for your next lower-body session.
Stronger starts with better movement.

Every rep has a purpose. 💙
At The Lift Lab, coaching is more than just counting reps. It’s about the setup, the technique, the small adjustments and making sure every movement is done with purpose.
We coach, educate and hold our members accountable so they can keep getting stronger, moving better and making real progress.
That’s what elite coaching looks like.

Proud to rep The Lift Lab. 💙
The jumper might have our name on it, but what it represents is much bigger.
A community built around high standards, genuine people, positive energy and showing up for each other.
That’s what wearing The Lift Lab means to us.

You’d think the hardest part of training would be the final set, but it’s actually standing in front of this fridge for five minutes trying to decide between caffeine, electrolytes, or sparkling protein water. Fully stocked and ready to fuel whatever the session demands.

The best part about The Lift Lab isn't just the workout, it’s the community. Surrounding yourself with people who show up, work hard, and bring good energy makes all the difference when it comes to staying consistent. Grateful for the space and the people who make every session better
