This feels weird.

As of today, I’m officially on maternity leave.

I don’t think I’ve ever actually taken proper time off since starting my lil buiz back in 2021. Even when I’ve been “away”, I’ve still been answering emails, replying to texts, posting on socials, solving problems and generally keeping one eye on the business.

So this is a pretty big moment for me tbh.

It’s honestly a little scary stepping back from something you’ve poured your heart into for the last few years, but it’s also something I’m incredibly proud of. Proud that we’ve built a business that can keep doing what it does without me sitting behind my phone or computer 24/7, and proud of the team who’ve made me feel like I can actually step away.

To every client who’s walked through our doors, thank you. You’ve helped build something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and because of that, I get to take this time to soak up life with our little family and be fully present.

To my team… just have fun with it aye. YOLO.

(And if you need me… no you don’t. Thoughts & prayers.) 🩷
