Our Snakes & Ladders Challenge is officially over! 🎲🐍🪜

A huge congratulations to our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, and to everyone who played along over the last few weeks.

We loved seeing so many of you showing up consistently, spinning the wheel and getting involved. Whether you made it to the top of the board or just enjoyed a few extra spins along the way, every class counted.

Thanks for making it such a fun challenge 🤍

And to anyone who somehow avoided every Spin a Wheel space, or landed on one too many snakes… we’re very sorry 😂

Think Pilates isn’t for you? Think again.

You don’t need to be fit, flexible, injury-free or a certain age to start. The reformer can be adapted to support you, challenge you and meet you where you’re at.

There’s no one “right” way to move, and there’s no need to compare yourself to the person next to you.

You might surprise yourself with what you can do when you actually give it a go. 🤍
