Between work, school runs, family commitments and everything else life throws at you, things can get pretty full-on. That’s why looking after yourself shouldn’t feel like another massive job on the list ✨
At SpeedFit, your session takes just 20 minutes and is fully guided by your trainer. Just turn up, get moving and make that little bit of time about you. 🤍
Move your body. Look after yourself. Drink your water. Keep showing up!
And yes, if the world’s falling apart, we’re still bringing the SpeedFit water bottle. Priorities, mate. 😂💧 SpeedFit water bottles are available at all SpeedFit studios. Grab yours next time you’re in for a session.
Because we might not have everything under control, but at least we’re hydrated 😅

It might be watching Dad struggle to get up from the couch. Seeing him hesitate before taking the stairs. Or noticing that the bloke who once carried everything, fixed everything and never seemed to slow down is finding everyday things a little harder.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗮𝗱𝘀, life gets busy. Work, family, the mortgage, weekend sport, looking after everyone else. Somewhere along the way, looking after yourself can quietly slip down the list. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 you have to stop prioritising strength, movement and the things you love doing.
𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺. 𝘠𝘰𝘶’𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥. For the family holidays. For kicking the footy with the kids or grandkids. For getting out and enjoying the weekend. For feeling capable and confident in your own body 😌
And making time for yourself doesn’t have to mean spending hours in a gym.
At SpeedFit, a session takes just 20 minutes and is fully guided, helping make regular training easier to fit around real life. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 isn’t simply to add years to your life. It’s to keep doing more of what makes those years worth living.
Your future self is shaped by the choices you make today ✨
20 minutes. One choice for yourself. A stronger habit for the years ahead.
