My name is Jess and i am a certified women's health, performance and mindset coach in the fitness industry. I specialise in helping mums achieve body love to take back control and feel amazing in their own skin. In having two beautiful children myself, i know what its like to struggle through post natal depression, poor body image and have successfully overcome these through my I.M.A.G.E strategies. And a strong support network. Over the past 10 years i have helped myself and hundreds of women take back control of their lives, body and mind. Our children look up to us, they learn from us and need guidance from us, therefore we must be the best version of ourselves to hand down these positives attributes to them. Having owned my own gym and being a certified personal trainer, womens health coach, master functional trainer, pre & post natal specialist and NLP life practitioner. My work has women see fast results, drop the baby weight, take back control and step into their self worth again. I can achieve this by using the perfect blend of mindset, nutrition and exercise. I am on a mission to empower all women, to love themselves in their own body and therefore be able to give the very best to their children and families. Ultimately, my clients feel amazing in their skin, empowered, with a deep sense of achievement and like they can take on the world.

“I thought I was going to die.” 💗 Tash, three years in.

She’d never really been to a gym before. No idea what to expect, and if she’s honest, she thought she’d hate it. Her first session was one of the toughest she’s ever done — sore for a week afterwards.

She came back anyway. Within a few months, one session a week turned into two or three ✨ she trained all the way through her second pregnancy, and says the birth felt easier than her first.

Bringing the kids and not having to worry about them was, in her words, the best part. You come, they’re looked after, they’re safe, and for that hour you get to just worry about you.

This is why we keep it to five women and a coach who tells you what to do 💗 nobody’s watching. Everyone in that room started where Tash did.

If you’re the woman sitting at home thinking about it, comment TRIAL and we’ll send you the details 👇

After a caesarean your abdominal wall has only about half its strength back at six weeks. Most of it returns somewhere between six and seven months.

Around 60% of women still have abdominal separation at six weeks. About a third still have it a year later.

Current guidance on returning to running is not before three months, and only once you can walk, balance and absorb impact without symptoms.

None of this means you can’t train. You can, and you should 💛 It means starting where your body is now instead of where it was before.

There’s so much going on postpartum. You’re learning a new body and a new baby at the same time. Taking time for yourself matters and we’re behind it completely. We just don’t think you need to prove anything by rushing.

DM us and we’ll talk through what training could actually look like for you right now 💬

We asked coach Cherie what hill she’d die on as a coach. This is it 💗

“If you can’t show up for yourself, how can you show up for anybody else?”

At the end of the day, your training matters, you matter, and showing up for yourself builds your strength and everything that comes with it.

When you show up and leave everything else behind, you come out a mentally happier person. “It makes me a better parent, because I’m calmer” ✨ her words, not ours.

Some days you won’t feel like it. Show up anyway — we’ll do the rest.

Every class here is capped at five women 🖐️ that wasn’t an accident.

One, the coach can actually coach. Five women, one coach, she sees every rep. She knows your name, what you lifted last week and what’s going on with your back 💗 that doesn’t happen with twenty in the room.

Two, nobody is watching you. The fear was never the gym, it’s being seen 👀 in a group of five there’s no back row and no front row. Everyone’s busy with her own bar. And there are no mirrors.

Three, the program is yours. Written for you, then modified for what you need on the day and what the group needs. That’s only possible when the group is small enough to know.

Four, five women notice when you’re not there. Your spot is yours, same time, same group every week ✨ that’s what keeps you coming once motivation’s worn off.

Five means spots are limited. First one’s free, no contract, no catch 💗 comment TRIAL and we’ll tell you what’s open 👇

The stuff mums get told about strength training that makes us roll our eyes 🙄 in no particular order.

“Lifting will make you bulky.” Getting big takes years of trying to, on purpose, and eating for it 🙃 getting strong takes a few sessions a week. You’ll get the second one.

“Wait until the kids are older.” The years you spend waiting are the years you’d be building the strength you need right now ✨ carrying, lifting, getting up off the floor. Kids are the reason, not the excuse.

“Just do it at home, it’s the same.” For some people. For most of the mums we meet, home means it’s at the bottom of the list by 4pm. Nobody’s waiting for you at home 💗 four other women and a coach are waiting here.

“You just need more motivation.” Nobody’s motivated at 5:45pm on a Tuesday. What works is a booked spot, a coach who knows your name, and a program you didn’t have to write.

Screenshot this one 📲 it’s the question we get asked more than any other.

The crèche is on site and runs 9am to 12pm, Monday to Friday 💛 any session inside those hours, the kids are sorted while you train. No booking needed, no age limit.

Sessions with crèche:
Unstoppable, 9:15am, Mon to Fri
Unstoppable, 10:30am, Mon to Fri
Stronger For Longer, 10:30am, Tue and Thu

$5 a week for one child, $8 a week for two or more 🩷 billed with your membership, however many sessions you do.

Can’t make a morning? The 6:15am and afternoon sessions run outside crèche hours, and plenty of mums train those either before the day starts or once someone’s home. Kids are welcome no matter the time of day though 🤍 the crèche space is open any time, there’s just no supervision, and prams are welcome right next to you in your session.

And if you miss a session, you book a makeup.

First one’s free. No contract, no catch 💗 comment TRIAL and we’ll send you what’s free at 9:15 or 10:30 👇

“I’ll join when I’m a bit fitter” 👀 if you’ve said it, this one’s for you.

Here’s how the loop goes. You want to get strong, but you don’t feel fit enough to walk into a gym. So you’ll get fitter at home first, then join 🙃 only nothing at home sticks, because there’s no plan and no one in your corner. So you’re not fitter. So you’re still not joining.

Fitter was never the starting line. It’s the result ✨ you’ve been waiting for the thing you’d get from going before you’d let yourself go.

Who actually starts here: a mum who hasn’t trained since before the kids. A mum who walks and that’s it. A mum who did six weeks at a big gym and nobody spoke to her 💗 that’s who this room is built for.

A coach guides you through the whole hour and tells you what weight to pick. Five women, all of whom started somewhere.

Your first one’s free. No contract, no catch 💗 comment TRIAL and we’ll send you the details 👇

He started off in the pram, parked right next to her on the gym floor 🦋

Meet Sharni. Three months in and you’d think she’d been here forever 🥹 she’s the first to ask a question and the first to give a compliment.

West was nearly one when she started. A few weeks in the pram beside her, then a try in the crèche, and now he loves it 😍

Her mood, energy and strength are all better. And she gets one hour that’s just hers 👏

If you’re nervous about starting and what that looks like with your baby, send us a message ☀️ we’ll go as slow as you need.
