A massive congratulations to Lucy Dash on making the 2026 V/Line Girls Squad, happening this week!

Lucy began her football career at Dunnstown in the under 12s playing for 3 seasons before making her way to Ballarat Swans to continue her footy.
This season Lucy was awarded the under 16 BFLW goal kicking award and was also selected into the BFLW under 16 team of the year.

Such a wonder achievement and we wish Lucy all the best for this week 🖤🤍🩵

Grand Final Day has almost arrived and as a club and community, we couldn’t be more excited.

C Grade are playing in their first Grand Final since 2016, while our Senior Footballers return to the big stage for the first time since 1999.

To Karli and the C Grade team, we wish you the very best of luck for Saturday. If you play with the same determination and passion you’ve shown over the last couple of weeks, you will be unstoppable! This team has the perfect mix of youth and experience. Embrace the opportunity that lies ahead of you all.

To Whitts and our Senior Footballers, thank you for the joy you’ve brought to our club so far this year. To watch 22 players run out each week, so proud to pull on our jumper means everything to our club. It’s time to rewrite history.

Seniors: NO CHANGES

One thing we are really proud of is that exactly half of the 32 players representing our club on Saturday played their juniors here. We are truly passionate about our juniors sticking around our club, and we hope our current juniors can feel the excitement of this weekend and aspire to be out there themselves one day, representing our club in the senior ranks on Grand Final Day.

To our committees and volunteers, thank you for everything you do to ensure our club continues to thrive. We know there are countless hours of work put in behind the scenes and we really do appreciate all your hard work. ⭐️

To our supporters, thank you for showing up each week. Let’s make sure we deck ourselves out in our club colours and get behind the two teams, ready to cheer on C Grade at 12:30pm, followed by the Seniors at 2:45pm. Represent our club with pride.

Embrace everything that comes with a Grand Final. After 27 years, we certainly know just how hard they are to reach. Let’s grab the opportunity ahead of us with both hands.

Regardless of Saturday’s results, we will meet back at the clubrooms from 6pm Saturday night. All welcome to come along and celebrate what has been a fantastic season for our club.
