These are not the typical short 4 or 6 week 'do it and forget it' type of course - these are weekly classes - devoted to empowering our young girls and ladies of all ages. You will get FITTER, STRONGER, MORE MOBILE, AGILE and more CAPABLE!

Evening everyone. Hope you have all had a great week. As mentioned previously in class and posts Gradings are held last week of School Terms, so this is a reminder about the White - Green Belt Grading which will be held next Friday 3rd July in Dubbo.

Morning everyone! We will be holding the yearly training Camp in Wellington Caves complex on the weekend of the 16th May. There is accommodation tentatively booked in but you need to ring to secure your own Cabins and make your own Bookings. Please do so ASAP if you want a room/cabin. It’s a great weekend so let’s get together and enjoy some excellent training, a great feed and a great social get together. More details to follow. Camp starts at 10am Saturday Morning with sessions running all day. Camp overnight or just drive down and participate on Saturday & Sunday Morning. Camp concludes at 10am Sunday then photos at the Japanese Gardens.

Good Evening everyone, just a reminder of a white/yellow belt grading which will be on tomorrow evening (Friday 27th) at Dubbo PCYC arrive at 5pm for a 5:30pm start. Grading costs remain the same at $50 please bring cash. As mentioned in previous posts Gradings will be at the end of every school term although as Easter will be here next Friday we have brought it forward one week.
