A huge congratulations to everyone from our judo club who took part in The Push-Up Challenge. Together, we pushed ourselves, raised awareness for mental health, and raised $810 for Lifeline. Over 15000 Push Ups.
Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and supported the challenge. We're proud of what we achieved together—on and off the mat! ❤️

🥋 Phoenix Judo is taking on The Push-Up Challenge! 💪
From June 3–26, every participant will aim to complete 3,307 push-ups across 23 days — and we’d love our members, friends, and supporters to join us!
You can take on the full challenge or choose a half target if that suits you better. It’s all about getting involved, building strength, and having some fun as a community 🙌
