It's Officially Time for Tay and Josh to Close a Chapter and Open a New One!

We've had some Circumstances change this week that has led us into questioning the Future of the Gym and Cafe (which we have been questioning for some time now).

We just don't have the Time and Energy to put into Growing the Businesses into what They could Be.

Tay's Passion used to be the Gym and Cafe Providing Classes and Healthy Food to the Community but since becoming a Mother Her Passion has shifted into her Kids and Watching them Grow. These Little Cherubs are Her Priority and with Welcoming Her 3rd Child any day now a New Energy shift was needed for this Baby to be Welcomed into. 

We have Officially Decided to Close the Gym and Cafe and Start a New Chapter with Our Family.

Who Knows What The Future Holds but for Now this is the Right Decision for Us.

We Will be Closing the Gym and Cafe in 3 Weeks on Saturday the 25th of March and a Final Workout and Cafe Open day will be Announced Soon. along with Selling Equipment from the Gym and Cafe.

All Classes will Remain for the Next 3 Weeks so Please Make the most and Book into Classes. 

We will be Cancelling All Memberships as of the 25th March and any Paid in Full/10 visit Passes will be Refunded the Remaining Amount. 

All Cafe Vouchers to Be Used within the Next 3 Weeks.

We want to say a Huge Thank You for All the Support You have Shown Us and We Truly Appreciate You and Would Not have Gotten to Where We are Without You All.

Extra STRENGTH classes

New 9.30am class on Tuesday

Afternoon sessions have been moved to 5.30pm so we can catch you guys after work!

And last but not least, made our Saturday classes earlier so you can start your weekend right!

Please note all classes will now be 45minutes in duration
