We’ve all been in that place feeling like how TF* do I move forward!?!
If we knew, we’d do it.
In life, nothing is certain, we have to trust & move.
If not we can become stuck for months, years or decades, it feels ugh.
Luckily, a single choice, a single step is FORWARD- moving.
We get what we want, or we learn!
Two factors to moving forward:
1. CHOICE (again & again - one a day is 365 steps forward a year).
2. Feeling SAFE. Or our beautiful & wise body will hold us back bc it’s keeping us safe.
So…How do we move forward? 🤷♀️
Take a recent client of mine Tina (*name changed).
She came wanting a bunch of changes in life, relationships, health, business, finances, “the lot”.
We started: simple, doable steps - wellbeing steps & a guided daily meditation.
In a few days a msg: “I feel so much calmer & more focussed. The world around me is different too.”
In 3 wks: “Wow - I feel so much lighter & healthier. I’ll do this for life. I miss a day, I feel it, but it’s as simple as brushing my teeth. My energy & life have shifted quite a bit.”
Along with the initial tools: Daily Meditation 1.
A beautiful guided meditation, that people who meditate love & those who have found it difficult in the past are amazed they can do it.
If you’re ready to move - grab Daily Meditation 1 & start using it.

Nature always holds the wisdom, seeing it appear in such confirmation is always delightful & magical.
Last week we wrapped up “The Art of Kindness” wonderful transmissions on the ART of kindness.
Shortly after I had gone out for a walk.
At one stage a lady walked out of her property in front of me with a metal stick.
I walked past her, before pausing to ask her if it was for the Magpies?
(Currently in birthing season, can swoop and signs up - everywhere.)
She mentioned it was actual for different birds that swooped her but she also carried it for the Magpies bc the signs say they swoop!
Magpies can swoop. I was attacked by one as a young child, to my knowledge not doing anything towards them.
It hurt and for years I was very cautious.
Then I learnt, that if you look them in the eye, and are a safe and calm energy - they will remember you - for life! It helps if you mimic their head nod but it’s not essential.
I shared this with this lady and she was very surprised and grateful.
Now under her big hat, with glasses & a jacket & stick it may take a while to recognise her.
As she asked if I was sure I said “Yes. I walk past them, smile, say hi and tell them they’re fine I’m just walking past. No hat, no sunnies just me & I’m always good.”
“That’s amazing & so good to know, thank you.”
A little nod, wink 😉 & reminder from the universe - that often things can be simpler & easier than we make them.. and kindness is a key foundation to that.

PRESENCE - a state of being present.
It’s is ironic, because we’re all always present, & yet often seemingly not.
Rushing from one thing to the next, to be present.
And yet that creates a missing of presence & fully grasping the experience.
When we’re present we notice…
…the sound of the birds, or lack of it
…the colour of the flowers
…the flower fragrance
…the insects
…what has been said, or not said
…what we know or feel
…what we avoid doing or feeling - & why
Presence is a gateway.
One we have to slow down to pass.
As they say if you don’t have 20mins to meditate you probably need an hour.
Presence can be vulnerable, but if we enter it with curiosity we can dance with what we find.
When we start being present to a moment & then another we start to see what’s there.
If the anxiety gives rise to a feeling of wanting to slam a door - take a breath & try again another time.
A few years ago I ran a “Change” masterclass, clients still purchase it & tell me they’re blown away & love it. They keep re-listening to it too. It’s on my links page if it draws you.
Slow down your day.
Look for the beauty & wonder.
How fully present to it can you be?
I’m in awe, that this beauty has grown from a seed, because a bee doing its business enjoying its parents & fertilized it.
The sun, the rain, the soil that nourish it.
The hands that tend to it & have grown it with love.
All the eyes & other senses that get to enjoy it.
And this is but one flower, in one patch, in one garden, in one suburb, in one city, in one country, on this vast planet of ours.
So enjoy & revel in what’s in your presence for all its beauty as part of life.

Most of us like to think we’re kind.
To ourselves, others, those in need.
And at the same time we feel exhausted,
low on time,
or ideas - what to do, did the wrong thing.
Then we judge ourselves - we should have known better, we should have done better.
We teach kids to be kind, to themselves & others.
Yet we often put ourselves low on the list and berate ourselves.
This is costing us time, energy & spiralling down the drain more time & energy we could be putting to other things, nicer things - like being kind to ourselves.
On the aircraft we’re told to put our own oxygen mask on first, before helping others.
It’s doesn’t say - don’t help them, it’s doesn’t say - have as much oxygen as you can and then try to help them - it says put the mask on. Do an act to help yourself.
This sounds simple, but if we’ve been brought overly kind & helpful to others - it can be skewed to our detriment - and we unskew it.
When someone is carry a coffee & they’re knocked, what comes out of the cup?
Coffee.
The same is true of us - if we don’t have the kindness for ourselves, we get bumped & out comes stress, angst, tiredness - not our best selves - the ones we want to be.
When we’re bumped & kindness comes out - doors open, people are grateful for our humility & it compounds.
We expand the kindness around us, opportunities & quality of our life.
Strangers, family, friends, clients - they all feel it. The energy is contagious.
The tiniest things make a huge difference.
A genuine smile - someone feels seen.
Hold a door - it reminds people the world is a kind place.
Life becomes easier.
We feel better.
How do we tap in - it’s starts with a choice.
And then we hold it lightly as we explore the art of kindness in its light, shadows & beautifully balanced rainbow.

The Art of Kindness.
It sounds simple.
It is.
Most of us expect it towards us & swear we’re excellent at it.
But where do we really land?
How is it holding us back?
Are we kind givers, or do we have expectations?
How do we rate in kindness towards others, ourselves & other things?
Are we over kind?
How do we embrace more of it, without losing ourselves?
And how does that improve our health & wellbeing, our business, our work, our relationships & everything else in our life?
If you enjoyed “The Joy Code”, you’ll love “The Art of Kindness” it’s a multi-module masterclass that’s a mini program in itself.
It’s designed to build your kindness with a strong foundation, strength, vulnerability, authenticity - shifts you’ll see from day one.
A bridge back to ourselves, others, the planet & connection that creates a quantum shift in reality.
How to give it, how to receive it and how to create an environment of it around you.
It’s currently on Early Bird, the price will rise.
Lifetime access, we start live this week.

We’re human BEINGS.
Often we revert to human doings.
We feel it gets us somewhere.
More done.
Lists ticked off faster.
Onto the next thing.
But deep down we’re craving.
Wishing for:
…slowness to allow our system to calm
…connection with the outside world to remind us we’re part of something bigger
…joy of the present
…ease in the flow of what we desire.
Sometimes all these come together at once.
When we consciously choose, we can create whatever we want, however we want it.
Gentle strolls down country lanes.
Time to reflect.
Space for our systems to realign.
It all starts with the core of kindness.
Firstly for yourself, your body, your mind, your soul & then others - people, places, beings.
It allows ease of flow & enjoyment in the dance of life.
Kindness is who we are at our core.
When the armour is put down.
But the don’t mess with me hat is still on.
Kindness opens doors, connects & changes people.
Not as an act, as authenticity & humanity.
Sit with it, surrender to it - how would a world full of kindness feel?
Because we’re all dealing with something.
Every day we pass people having the best or worst days of their lives & kindness bring compassion for it.
The least kind people are usually the ones who need it the most. They’re dealing with their own stuff.
There’s stronger our kindness muscle, the safer they feel to surrender.
There’s an art to it, a dance.
“The Art of Kindness” starts next week.
This is the final days of early bird before the price increases.
It’s lifetime access.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more, it’s less.
Less stimulation.
Less rushing.
Less doing.
Less density.
It creates clarity.
Boosts presence.
And shows us where there is more.
More space.
More time.
More ideas.
More nature.
More connection.
More abundance.
More to enjoy.
And Breathe - it’s all just one choice after another.

I love when memories like this one four years ago come up. I get to be reminded & inspired all over again!
We always feel better when we eat fresh food, because FRESH is BEST!
The other thing you commonly hear me say is “eat the rainbow”.🌈
Our body is an organic system, it’s magnificent & it THRIVES on organic material. It functions with a range of vitamins & minerals which are found in different coloured foods.
These variously food colours (natural not processed) also relate to our energy system & chakras, which are differing colours.
The RAINBOW is fuelling up our physical, mental & energetic body - & tastes great!
Today’s Quinoa Crunch Salad with Oil-Free Ginger Dressing Recipe thanks to Nisha Melvani is full of colour & deliciously tasty!
