A little reminder that BOND has child-friendly classes available Monday to Friday at 9:30am, 10:30am and 12 noon.

Bring the little ones along while you get your Pilates fix, with a few expectations in place to help keep the studio safe and enjoyable for everyone.

That Pilates shake isn’t a bad thing.

That little (or very obvious) muscle tremble usually happens when your muscles are working hard and getting challenged — especially when you’re holding a position or performing slow, controlled movements.

It’s your muscles working to stabilise, control and maintain the movement.

So when the shakes kick in… don’t panic. You’re probably right where you need to be.
