We receive many questions from customers about cycling in Melbourne.
Here are a few tips for riding, especially in the city of Melbourne:
🚴♂️ Always wear a helmet – it’s mandatory in Australia.
🚦 Obey all traffic signals and road rules – bikes are considered vehicles.
🛣️ Use dedicated bike lanes where available for a safer ride.
💡 Use lights at night or in low visibility conditions – it’s the law and keeps you safe.
🔒 Lock your bike securely when parking – bike theft can happen.
Enjoy the ride and stay safe!
