Partnering with Ice Hockey Australia for the 2nd ever Womens World Championship in Newcastle in November 2026 is a special full circle (full puck) moment for us all. And we daresay there will be a number of Garden Island Pirates Para Ice Hockey in attendance!

'Hard As Puck' (Trailer) - IF Magazine Isaac Elliott's documentary 'Hard As Puck', which won the MIFF Intrepid Audience Award, lands in cinemas November 4 via Halo Films.

Congratulations to the Northstars for securing their place in the AIHL Grand Final tomorrow 💚💛

NEWCASTLE ARE THROUGH TO THE GOODALL CUP FINAL. ⭐️

After trailing 1–0, the Northstars took control with a huge seven-goal second period before continuing the charge in the third to secure a 10–1 Semi Final victory over the Sydney Ice Dogs.

Francis Drolet completed the hat trick, Wehebe Darge finished with two, and Newcastle booked their place in tomorrow’s biggest game of the season.

For the Ice Dogs, an incredible Finals run comes to an end.

One Grand Final spot secured. One still to come. 🏆

WPIH 2026 Women's Worlds Announcement Newcastle, Australia will host the second edition of the Women’s World Championships this November, World Para Ice Hockey (WPIH) announced on Thursday.

A locally grown documentary on our sport; congratulations to Chanel Bowen, Noel Smyth and Isaac Elliott on the launch this week.

Gear up because Hard as Puck is a gnarly ride.

Ice hockey players are checked, slammed and shoved into barriers at every opportunity. It's a full-contact, no-holds-barred sport that deserves the power of this poster!
