Carol’s boutique studio offers you the opportunity to receive personalised one on one coaching in a tranquil setting, where you will gain a sense of health, energy and wellbeing. You will be using contemporary Pilate’s equipment, whilst receiving individualised support from Carol to energise you and build the body that you want.
