- I’m Sarah, and I’m and exercise physiologist who has the absolute pleasure of being able to work with my client’s in this amazing space at DHF.

I have been equipped with the skills to assist individuals achieve their health and well-being goals. From chronic disease prevention and management, to complex conditions, I absolutely thrive on empowering people to improve their strength, confidence, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. 💪

Outside of work and the gym, you will find me filling my cup by spending time with my two beautiful children, getting out in nature as much as possible, and enjoying some live music and a dance with my amazing friends.
