A change to our sign-on process this season!

💙 Thank you to all the families who joined us at Open Night last Friday! We had previously advised that trialists could sign on at the clubhouse on their first trial night, but this has now changed.

👉 All new trialists must register online through Sports-80 BEFORE their first trial night.

💰 $20 Trial Fee
• Includes 2 trials
• If you join for the full season, the $20 is deducted from your registration fees.

First Competition Night – Friday 4 September
Trialists are encouraged to arrive around 5:45pm to get familiar with the night.

No uniform needed for trials – just comfortable clothing and shoes are a must!

📣 UPCOMING INTRODUCTION TO OFFICIATING WORKSHOPS

A number of free Introduction to Officiating Workshops are being held across Queensland over the next eight weeks.

These workshops are a great opportunity for parents and volunteers to learn the basics of officiating and build their confidence in helping at weekly competitions.

Please share this information with your members and encourage them to register for a workshop near them.

🍪 Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough Fundraiser 🍪

Dear Parents and Families,

Thank you for supporting Bracken Ridge Roadrunners Little Athletics Centre and our fundraising efforts!

To start off our new season we will be running a Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough Fundraiser to help raise money towards more lighting upgrades at Bracken Ridge Little Athletics Centre. Better lighting will help our athletes train, learn and grow in a safer, brighter and more welcoming environment.

Billy G’s Gourmet Cookie Dough comes in 1kg tubs for $22 each, with 10 delicious flavours to choose from:

* Golden Classic

Billy G’s is an Australian, family-owned company, and the cookie dough is ready to bake, making it an easy treat to have on hand.

💻 Getting Started

Every registered athlete will receive their own personal online fundraising link. This link will be given to you when you sign up to the Billy G’s platform ( BRLA does not give you this link), Each family will be given a Billy G’s cookie booklet with their registration pack. This will have all the information you need to obtain that link.

All orders are placed online. Once your athlete’s fundraising page is set up, simply share their personal link with family, friends, neighbours and workmates so they can place their orders online. Sales are automatically credited to your athlete’s fundraiser. The Billy G’s parent information also confirms that orders are completed online through the athlete’s profile.

🏆 Prizes

There are also some great incentives for our athletes!

Sell 2 tubs and your child earns a prize. The more tubs they sell, the more prizes they can earn, with 11 prize levels available. Prizes are automatically ordered at the end of the fundraiser. Athletes who complete all of the virtual badges also receive a Free Magic Alien Growing Pet.

Family and friends make amazing supporters, so please share your athlete’s fundraising link and help us spread the word.

Every tub sold helps us get closer to our goal of new lighting for our Centre.
