After 14 years on this property and over 13 years of growing Lè.yoga.daylesford, it’s time for my next chapter at naleruna. This transition means we’ll be closing the current studio a bit earlier than planned.

I would love for you to join me this week for our very last week of classes in the space where it all began in August 2013.

Please rest assured, this isn’t goodbye to Daylesford! I’ll still be holding classes locally, and I’ll share those details with you in the coming weeks. Any passes with unused classes will be refunded over the next month.

Thank you so much for supporting me and helping me evolve as a teacher. Sharing a tool that has supported me so deeply, and watching it serve each of you, has been one of the greatest joy and privilege to have experienced.

I hope to see you in the studio this week, or at our new location very soon.

A TIMETABLE UPDATE just for this week (7.09-13.09) due to electric works on the property and a last minute matter that I have to attend to, the following 2 classes are cancelled -

Beginners Yoga Update!

Looking to start or deepen your yoga practice? We have 2 weekly beginner-friendly classes running at Adrian, plus a Special Beginners Pass for just $90 (5 classes, valid for 6 weeks)!

🧘‍♂️ Tuesdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Beginner’s Yoga — Perfect as an introduction to yoga or a refresher on the basics. Focus on breathing techniques, posture alignment, and the lifelong benefits of a steady practice.

🧘‍♂️ Thursdays | 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Beginner’s Vinyasa Flow — A more energetic morning session designed to connect breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility, and balance in both mind and body as you learn to flow between postures.

It has been wonderful to reconnect with yogi Alison Tehan | Clinical Holistic Nutritionist who attended a retreat we ran over a decade ago and the stars aligned and I was able to run a private group yoga at the studio on Saturday. Such wonderful energy, going slow with a gentle yin practice, the birds singing in the garden and the winter light coming through the studio. Watching how everyone looked so chill after class - what joy!

Bringing back wonderful memories of teaching on Saturday mornings with local yogis and visitors for the weekend (and once we packed the studio to the brim!)

13 YEARS OF COMMUNITY!

It all started with a tree change in 2012 and a casual party conversation in 2013 where 5 locals said, “You should open a studio!”

Fast forward to today: Adrian turns 13, one of those original 5 is still practicing with me, and countless amazing humans have joined us along the way, and with many friendships made.

Looking back, I feel immensely grateful for every person who has trusted me to guide their movement, and holding space for them.

I often catch myself wishing I’d found yoga sooner, but watching my mum begin her journey at age 60 proved something crucial: it is never too late and you don’t need to start young to reap the massive physical and mental health rewards. It’s always the right time to start. Yoga remains my greatest anchor for overall wellbeing.

Studio Update & Exciting News!

Lèyoga will be taking a short break from July 24th to August 2nd. When we return on August 3rd, we’ll be celebrating a huge milestone-Lèyoga’s 13th year in Daylesford!

To celebrate, I’m introducing a brand-new Beginner’s Vinyasa Flow class every Thursday from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.

This session is designed to deepen your practice as we move energetically and fluidly. Together, we’ll build strength, grounded connection, flexibility, and mobility.

Beyond the physical benefits, this practice is a space to quiet the mind and use the breath to enrich the union of mind, body, and spirit.

Our winter sequencing is designed to keep your body warm while building deep breath awareness and supporting your mental and physical wellbeing. Every class begins with grounding breathwork and ends in a blissful, deeply restorative Savasana.
