Trophy in hand, banner behind us, sun going down over Marrara - this is what the whole season was for.

It wasn't one innings or one spell that got us here. It was every training night, every player who filled in, every coach and support staffer who gave up their evenings, every volunteer who ran the canteen and the scoreboard, and every supporter who turned up in red and green when it mattered.

A dominant semi-final set the platform. The Grand Final finished the job.

To the boys who wore the jumper this season — you've earned every bit of this. 🏏
