Refer to our web page for the competition program. The Darwin Gun Club (DGC) was formed in 1961 and was located at the old site behind the Darwin showgrounds in Winnellie. In 1975, the club hosted its first annual shoot; an event that has become well known around Australia in clay target circles and still continues today. Due to lack of volunteers the club will be closed tomorrow night 12.8.26. To all those visitors that were planning to attend the club for a come and try, we appoligise for the inconvience.
To our members, this a timely reminder that the club cannot run on the back of a few people and help across the board is required.
We need extra people to learn the sales, MCMS and other duties so that when those key people need to attend to personal or work committments the club dosen't need to be closed.
