Here's a great idea.
As winter is upon the southern states, here a chance to make a last minute bad decision and head to the Tropics were everyday is 30 degrees.
We have a great option for you guys and girls. Head up to Darwin and join in the Crocodile Cup HQ Enduro on the 17-19th July (entry fee is $400), then 7 days later join the Shannon's Speed Series Event at Hidden Valley Raceway (24-26th July) which will include multiple practice, qualify and 3 races (entry fees below $200) in the Territory TinTops. Go fishing for a couple of days in between or jump on a plane and head over to Bali for a couple of days.
Then two weeks later we have the NT Titles. So 3 race meetings over 4 weeks. Parking and storage of vehicles in between events is achievable by the club.

In preparation for our upcoming HQ Enduro Event at Hidden Valley Raceway in July. We thought it would be prudent of HQRA NT to notify all competitors, (after a recent mishap at another event) that we would make it clear what the track direction is.

Crocodile Cup returns to Hidden Valley Raceway in 2026. A big year for HQ's with some major events around the country including the Nationals in West Aust. HQRA NT are pushing forward with our local Enduro weekend. Three individual Enduro's races over three days, HQ's, Excel Masters and Open Excels.
The HQ schedule will include
2 x practice sessions
2 x qualifying
2 x sprint races per driver
1 x 2 Driver 60 minute Enduro

Volunteers Required for the 2024 Yokohama Improved Production Nationals on 19, 20 & 21 July!

Next weekend we will see the 2024 Yokohama IPRA Nationals at Hidden Valley. It is a huge weekend with a great variety of motorsport on display.

We have 30 IPRA cars from across the country taking on the locals competitors to be No.1 in Australia. It is a three day weekend with practice on Friday 19 July and then racing across the whole weekend.

Sign-on takes place prior to this to get positions allocated. This is a national event, so we do need lots of assistance to make it happen.

Improved Production cars are some of the quickest cars on the track and there is great variety including high revving naturally aspirated engines, rotaries, turbo's and V8's all competing against one another for outright honours and category titles.

We are in need of all levels of officials and volunteers to support this event. We will require at least 2x people in timing on both Saturday and Sunday, 14x flag marshals across seven flag points, 2x people in Parc Ferme, 2x people in the pit area, and 2x fire marshals on each day.

Opportunities are available for individual days or the whole weekend for both accredited officials and first-timers. If you hold accreditation you will have some great opportunities for recognition and experience at a national level event!

Lunches will be provided plus a BBQ on Friday night and the Presentation Dinner on Sunday night.

Officials shirts are issued to volunteers that attend at least two NAMSC events this year.

2024 Yokohama Improved Production Nationals being held at Hidden Valley Raceway are just around the corner. The fastest IP cars in the country will be trying to take home the No. 1. NAMSC are reaching out to anyone interested with getting involved and seeing the action up close, volunteers and officials are required for this event to be conducted safely. Other categories participating will also be competing over the weekend, including HQ Crocodile Cup Enduro, Circuit Excel 250km Enduro and Commodore Cup.
