Hello everyone 👋🏻 we’ve been a little quiet on here but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been doing lots of work behind the scenes! RISE MINIS Term 3 starts up this Saturday ⚽️ and we are super excited for another term of kicking goals and enjoying learning the beautiful game ❤️ Our slots are full however stay tuned as we will hopefully be opening up further MINIS sessions during the week 👀

PRE-SAP Development Program ⚽️🚀

Our newest program for players aged between 5-7 yo 💪

The PRE-SAP Development Program heavily integrates the RFA Philosophy within each training session. The aim of the program is to help build the player's confidence technically through RFA's "Street-Game Style" of training. This includes a large focus on 1v1's, 2v1's and 3v2's offensively and defensively 🎯

The program will also focus on improving the player's ball mastery both on an unopposed and dynamic level💹
