In two weeks, we’ll welcome our next group of students into the BodyMindLife Academy 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Every intake is different, but one thing never changes. People arrive for all sorts of reasons.
Some want to teach.
Some want to deepen their practice.
Some are looking for a challenge.
Some simply know it’s time to do something for themselves.
Over nine weekends, you’ll immerse yourself in yoga - exploring anatomy, intelligent sequencing, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and practical teaching skills, while learning alongside an incredible group of like-minded people.
Held in the heart of Bondi Beach, each weekend offers the opportunity to pause, learn and reconnect with your practice before taking that experience back into your everyday life.
Nine weekends later, you’ll leave with far more than a certificate.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, renewed confidence, meaningful connections, and a practice you’ll carry with you for years to come.

‘Open your heart. Strengthen your body and mind.’
Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) is one of those postures that asks for both strength and surrender.
It challenges your body to build strength through the legs, glutes, shoulders and back while opening the chest, improving spinal mobility and increasing energy throughout the body.
But beyond the physical benefits, it often teaches something even more valuable.
It asks you to move towards discomfort with curiosity rather than fear. To trust yourself. To breathe through challenge. To stay present when your instinct might be to pull away.
