A player who has thoroughly earned it after a long time coming. Unconventional in style, this player's success demonstrates that hard work can triumph over natural talent. Initially plagued by self-doubt and uncertainty about the fundamentals of rugby, we took him back to the basics and worked on he's fitness. Despite the challenges, he persisted and eventually earned a starting spot, which he has maintained over the past few tournaments.
