🚨NEW SIGNING NIALL MCHALE🚨

We’re excited to welcome 18-year-old English all-rounder Niall McHale to Buckley Ridges for our 2026/27 season!

Coming to us from Staffordshire, England, Niall is a talented right-hand top-order batter who also bowls right-arm medium-fast seam.

Niall has come through the Staffordshire County Cricket pathway, representing them across every age group, while also representing their Senior NCCA side. He currently captains the Derbyshire CCC 18s and has recently featured for their 2nd XI.

Last season was a big one, scoring 1,000+ runs at 61, including three hundreds. At club level, he’s already racked up almost 50 first XI games and over 1,000 runs.

🇦🇺 Now Melbourne bound and ready to take on a new challenge!

We look forward to watching him make his mark at Park Oval.

Buckley Ridges Cricket Club are delighted to welcome Lachy Shaw for our 2026/27 Centenary Season! 💯

Lachy joins us from Lane Cove Cricket Club in Sydney, and is currently playing for Cuckney Cricket Club in the strong Nottingham league.

A quality cricketer who will add plenty with the new ball, Lachy brings pace, energy and plenty of personality.

We’re looking forward to seeing him get stuck in both on and off the field as we celebrate 100 years of Buckley Ridges!

We’re excited to announce our 2026/27 Committee as we head into one of the biggest and most important years in the history of Buckley Ridges Cricket Club.

A huge thank you to Sonny De Silva for his hard work and commitment as President. Sonny has played a massive role in getting the club to where it is today, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything he has done for Buckley.

We’d also like to congratulate C***a on taking on the role of President for 2026/27. There couldn’t be a bigger year to step into the role as we celebrate 100 years of Buckley Ridges Cricket Club.

We’re looking forward to an incredible season both on and off the field, and we know C***a and the entire committee will do everything they can to make our Centenary year one to remember.

We’re excited to welcome Ryan Welsh to Buckley Ridges for our Centenary season!

A talented top order batter from Yorkshire, Ryan has played representative cricket throughout the age groups and brings senior experience from Hepworth & Idle CC.

A technically strong No. 4 who loves taking on pace, Ryan is also an energetic fielder and an ECB Core Coach, bringing plenty of experience, enthusiasm and a team first attitude both on and off the field.
