MONDAY NIGHT FITNESS STARTS THIS MONDAY! 🧡🖤
Come down and get involved in our pre-season running and fitness sessions!

⏰ Be there by 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start

The sessions will focus on building fitness, speed and running ahead of the 2026/27 season.
We want to see as many players down there as possible — get around it and put in the work before the season starts! 💪🏏

Captain nominations for the 2026/27 season are now open!

NOMINATIONS FOR ALL GRADES ARE OPEN!!

We are aiming to fill 1st to 5th grade along with our amazing women’s side!!

If you’re interested in taking on a leadership role this season, we’d love to hear from you.
When submitting your nomination, please include:
• Your name
• The captaincy position/grade you are nominating for
• A short explanation of why you would like the position and why you believe you would be suitable
