For those who know Jheison well, his passion and dedication to guiding young players is his lifes work. Watching Macuace Football Academy grow from it's very first session in a park with only one player to what it is today is a testament to who Jheison is as a person and his character to persevere through all life throws at you. He has gone through many hurdles in life such as relocating to a new country with a different culture, learning a new language and overcoming multiple injuries. His values of determination, resilience and commitment are much of what make up this brands identity and are what we try to instill in our players aside from all the football skills and techniques, watching them grow as people is the true ground work.
