Springtime means its UniLax season! The Old Guard of UNSW and Sydney Uni are now joined by the latest (possibily greatest) contender with the Mad Dogs of Macquarie entering the fray.

The competition will seeone game each week as reams get ready for Uni Nationals. We can't wait to see who comes out on top!

Come down to the multi purpose courts at UNSW for a great afternoon of lacrosse (and good practice for Uni Nationals!)
All levels are welcome and we will head to the pub afterwards for a bev.

It’s that time of the year again! Our lions are repping sky blue (and hot pink) this year at the 2026 Australian Box Nationals!

If you got that feeling that something is missing in your life, it's probably lacrosse! Our first official Learn to Play is tonight at the Village Green courts, where we will take you through all the basics and get plenty of game time in.

All equipment provided, just bring running shoes, a water bottle and a friend to try the fastest sport on two feet with.

The Lions are ready to roar again 2026. With plenty of opportunities to play and meet some amazing people this term, we are excited for you to join us!

Tuesdays see our Learn to Play /Social Games bring everyone together in the mixed Lacrosse 5s format. New to Lax or a seasoned vet, these sessions are perfect to have a run and plenty of fun.

Wednesdays feature our Sixes sessions. Being played at the 2028 Olympics, this version is great for those wanting to test out their skills in a friendly environment and always welcoming to all. These will see a mix of trainings and scrimmages as part of UNSW's participation in the SLL. The first session is March 11th following Box Nationals, though there will be Box specific training until then.

The SLL (Sydney Lacrosse League) will return with small adjustments as we look to elevate the sport. The season will be played on Sunday afternoons at a variety of venues, including home games at the Lion's Den (VG). Full information will come out shortly, but we hope to see many of you repping the black and gold.
