So incredibly excited to share our first major raffle prize for the upcoming Quiz Night!

As most of you know, the FAST 30 Fitness Coach Fundraising Quiz Night is being held on Saturday the 12th of September, raising funds to buy sports gear and classroom supplies for kids in Lombok village schools.

Every single raffle ticket you buy goes directly toward helping get these supplies to the kids who need them most.

Tickets will be $20 each or 3 for $50, and we are strictly limiting them to just 150 tickets total to keep the odds of winning nice and high. Be sure to bring gold coins and cash for quiz night games and to buy tickets on the night. EFT payments will also be available.

I just had to share this so Delicious 😋.

I wanted to start the day with some Protein and Vegetables .

Sunday air-fry protein brunch …

So good and super easy to make.

2 eggs

1 egg white

Mixed vegetables ( pumpkin , red onion , mushroom, zucchini , tomato which I pre cooked for 10 minutes in the air- fryer

1 low carb wrap

A sprinkle of Parmesan
And a sprinkle of Greek Feta

I mixed-it all together, placed it in a low carb wrap in a
non -stick pan and cooked for approximately 10 minutes in the air-fryer till golden brown.

This was super easy and so delicious I just had to share.

With around 380 calories , 30 grams of Protein, 33 grams of carbs and 21 grams of fat. This amount of protein for my Sunday Brunch is going to keep me fuller for longer and I got some great fibre in too with all the veggies.

Andrew has been a FAST 30 personal training client for many years and has already become a member at Iluka Fitness ready for FAST 30’s new location.
