The studio hosts performance classes 'by invitation only' at a Senior level in all genres - Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop. The Academy's purpose is also to cater for adult daytime and evening classes, but at the same time be creative and introduce students to specialised classes and teacher training programs. The Disney Troupes use the Academy as their 'home' for weekly lessons and performance showcases during the year. The DC Academy of Dance is located at: 4-6 The Strand, Croydon. There is extensive parking near The Strand both outside the Imar Community Hall and also next to the train line, accessed through Paisley Road.
