🌸 WOMEN’S HEALTH WEEK - THAT’S A WRAP! 🌸
We’ve spent the week exploring five simple but powerful ways we can care for ourselves:
🎤 TO FUEL - nourishing ourselves with what gives us energy and supports our health.
🎤 TO MOVE - celebrating movement that feels good, supports strength and mobility, and meets us where we are.
🎤 TO REST - remembering that rest isn’t something we need to earn.
🎤 TO BREATHE - creating space to slow down, regulate, pause and reconnect with ourselves.
🎤 TO CONNECT - because our health is also supported by community, conversation and knowing we don’t have to do it all alone.
A huge thank you to our beautiful Asha community for sharing your stories and conversations around the importance of health screening, regular health checks and looking after our health proactively. 💗
And thank you to all of our incredible teachers and staff for bringing the themes into your classes, meditations and conversations throughout the week, and for sharing your knowledge and personal insights.
🌿 And don’t forget your accountability wall!
Those personal goals and health checks you wrote down at the beginning of the week are still there as a little reminder to follow through.
Maybe it’s booking that screening you’ve been putting off.
Maybe it’s making time for rest.
Maybe it’s a daily 5min meditation.
Maybe it’s finally making that GP appointment.
Whatever you wrote down - this is your reminder.
Your health matters.
Your wellbeing matters.
And you don’t have to wait until something feels wrong to care for yourself. 💕
Thank you for making Women’s Health Week at Asha Yoga so meaningful. 🌸
