Nothing else exists right now. There’s no screen, no scoreboard, no way to fake it. Just two kids working out a puzzle with their whole bodies, one small adjustment at a time. Sometimes it works. Sometimes they get reversed and start again.

Either way, they leave knowing something they didn’t know an hour ago.

This is the quiet minute before it all kicks off. Belts tied, coach explaining the drill, five kids trying very hard to sit still. Then someone shows them a new movement and they’re off, fully committed.

Turning up is the hardest habit to build and the most useful one they’ll ever have.
