Another morning of great conversations, honest stories, and plenty of laughs. That's what this group is all about.

Funny how there were a few more volunteers to do the coffee run this morning instead of jumping into the freezing cold water... 😂☕ But, as always, everyone felt better afterwards.

The colder mornings have definitely made it a little harder to get out of bed, and our numbers have dipped a bit. But every single bloke who made the effort this morning said exactly the same thing...

"Best way to start the day."

It's funny how often we don't feel like showing up, but once we do, we're always glad we did.

A quick swim, a coffee, a chat, a few laughs, and some genuine connection can completely change the direction of your day. When you start your morning feeling better, you tend to show up better for your family, your work, your mates, and yourself.

Another Wednesday, another beautiful morning spent with the WNOW Cronulla guys.

We were missing a few key players today, but it was great to see some new faces down there too. It was also a nice moment to reflect on the past few years and appreciate the men who have been showing up regularly, week after week.

If you’re out there looking for a great bunch of men to connect with, come down on a Wednesday morning at 6am. It’s free, you’ll meet some great people, get a bit of a workout in, have a coffee and a chat, and even have a dip if you fancy it.

Just a great way to start a Wednesday.

There’s something pretty powerful about starting the day on the beach.

A bit of movement, circle of trust, a dip in the ocean, fresh air, good people, and a proper chat over coffee.

Simple things but they make a big difference.

🌅 Another fantastic Wednesday morning with 36 men on the beach at Cronulla.

There were some incredibly powerful shares this morning, with one message resonating strongly throughout the group , the importance of getting regular health checks.

A simple appointment, an early conversation, or a routine check-up can make a significant difference to life outcomes. Looking after our physical health is just as important as looking after our mental wellbeing, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is make that call and get checked.

Thanks to everyone who showed up, shared openly, listened, and supported one another.

What a morning on the sand with 44 men coming together on Cronulla Beach. A brilliant sunrise, great conversations, and a powerful reminder of what our Circle of Trust is all about.

From within our chapters, the message is the same, men showing up for each other, creating connection, supporting one another, and starting the day with purpose.
