For so many years, I hated my body.
Not because it couldn’t do amazing things, but because it didn’t look like what I thought a woman was supposed to look like.
I was called solid. Big. Muscular. “Built.” And every comment reinforced the belief that I needed to become smaller not just physically, but in who I was.
I genuinely believed I’d never find a man who would love me as I am. I thought I’d have to lose the muscle, stop lifting weights, and fit into a version of femininity that felt acceptable.
Then I met the right person.
He doesn’t wish I was smaller. He doesn’t make me feel like I need to tone down who I am. He loves the woman I am today, whether I’m lean, soft, strong, bloated, confident or struggling. He celebrates my strength instead of being intimidated by it.
The biggest thing I’ve learnt is that the right person will never ask you to become less of yourself to deserve their love.
You do not need to shrink your body, your personality or your dreams to fit into someone else’s idea of what makes you lovable.
Be the big dog. Take up space. Lift the weights. Be strong.
The right person will love you in every season of your life and they’ll make you feel more like yourself, not less.
Ps Joel Bazza is so damn strong I struggle to keep up! ❤️
MicFit
Helping women build a bigger b***y, leaner arms & embrace a new lifestyle
You don’t need a different life, you might just need to notice the one you already have.
We’re so busy chasing what’s next that we forget to appreciate what’s right in front of us.
I spent so much time being envious of what other people had and focusing on how much I still had left to achieve, that I was completely missing the simple things in my own life.
The morning walk. Training because your body can. Coffee dates with friends. Laughing until your stomach hurts. The comfort of coming home. The people who love you.
Not every day needs to be extraordinary to be beautiful.
Sometimes, the life you’re wishing for is the life you’re already living you just haven’t slowed down enough to notice it.
And that’s exactly what Micfit is about. I used to wait until I had achieved the next goal to feel worthy. But what I realised and am still learning is that it’s about building a life where you feel strong, confident and healthy enough to enjoy all of the simple things that make life so beautiful.
Just a reminder: you don’t have to punish yourself with restriction because you think you ate “too much.”
One meal won’t ruin your progress. Your body doesn’t need punishment it needs consistency, nourishment, and a little self-compassion.
Eat your next meal as normal, move your body because you enjoy it, and keep going. That’s where real progress happens.

There was a time when I had the “safe” job.
I was a teacher. It was secure, predictable and everything I thought I should want. But deep down, I knew something was missing.
Walking away from that career to become a personal trainer and online coach was one of the scariest decisions I’ve ever made. Personal training comes with uncertainty—no guarantees, no fixed income and plenty of moments where you question whether you’ve made the right choice.
But I’ve never questioned why I did it.
Watching women walk into the gym feeling nervous and leave feeling stronger, more confident and more capable will never get old. Seeing someone realise they’re capable of more than they ever gave themselves credit for is why I do what I do.
I’ve learnt that the safest option isn’t always the right one. Sometimes the biggest risk is staying where you’re comfortable.
I didn’t leave teaching because I stopped wanting to help people—I left because I found the way I was meant to do it.
Micfit isn’t just my business. It’s my purpose. Every woman who trusts me with her health, confidence and strength is the reason I chose this path.
And if I had to choose between certainty and helping women become the strongest version of themselves, I’d choose this life every single time. ❤️
They come because life feels overwhelming.
To switch off for an hour.
To decompress from their day.
To feel stronger.
To gain confidence.
To be part of the community.
To become the person they know they’re capable of being
And that’s the part of coaching I’ll never stop loving 🤍.

Personal training and online coaching both work. It just depends on your lifestyle.
Online coaching gives you structure, flexibility and accountability without the high cost.

MICFIT RETREAT // DAY 4
Camera moments 📸
The fourth day of the MicFit Retreat was met with the same high energy and good vibes from our incredible women. Starting off the day with a full-body workout back at and refuelling with breakfast at our villas.
With plenty of movement in our workouts during our morning and afternoon sessions, our days were spent relaxing - with free time to do what you wanted. That meant exploring Uluwatu, shopping at the markets, massages at .bali or a day of rest and recovery at .
We headed back to .fondue for another full body Reformer Pilates workout, and finished off our night with fresh seafood, sushi and conversation at .fishmarket .
Grateful for every day spent in beautiful Bali with our amazing women - feeding our bodies with good movement, great food and even better company.

MICFIT RETREAT // DAY 2
Captured on camera 📸
The second day of our MicFit retreat was full of great training, epic food and moments of relaxation. Kicking off the day with a private session at was the perfect way to get the body moving. Every great session needs a post-fuel workout, and what better way to feed the body then back at our incredible villa stay .
To recover the body and enjoy some downtime together we headed to the wonderful and peaceful for a late morning filled with saunas, swimming and sitting down with each other. The afternoon was ours to enjoy, so we kept with the relaxation theme with a massage from .bali .
Heading into the afternoon we had our second round of Mat Pilates, this time our pilates session was more grounded and at a slower pace - moving the body with intention and stretching.
We wrapped up our second day with a Mediterranean-inspired dinner at .bali . Our dinners together were the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day, to come together, to laugh and to mingle over great food amongst great women.

Sutherland to surf with the girls ✅✅
I was slightly scarred from my half marathon just over a year ago, but have definitely just enjoyed running shorter distances the last few months!
Such a good community event 🙏. If you have ever thought about running it or even just walking definitely put it on your bucket list.
Proud of my Mums doing amazing things for themselves - ❤️❤️
