These mild evenings we’ve been enjoying are perfect for getting out of the house and spending a relaxed Friday night at South Cronulla Bowlo.

Pizzaiolo will be back with the Pizza Truck, serving their delicious wood-fired pizzas from 5:00pm. Grab a pizza, pick up a cold drink from the bar and settle in with family and friends.

Dinner service starts from 6pm, with trivia kicking off at approx. 6:30pm.

Monthly Shire Hoedown is back at South Cronulla Bowlo on Friday 21st Aug 🤠

Dancing starts from 6:30pm, with tickets required for dancing. The kitchen will be serving our regular Club Grub menu, so come along for a fun night of dancing, food, friends and community.

🌸 What a great day for our Ladies Carnival! 🌸
Friday saw every rink at South Cronulla in use as we welcomed ladies from across the region for a fantastic day of competitive bowls, great company and some wonderful prizes.
A huge thank you to our very generous sponsors McGrath St George, Shire & South West Group, whose support helped make the day such a success. 🏆
Congratulations to the prize winners from Club Cronulla, Caringbah, Sylvania, Merrylands, Greenlees and Mount Lewis, there were some excellent games of bowls throughout the day.
And, of course, no carnival is complete without a great lunch! A big thank you to David DeMarco of Pryde Butchers for serving up a delicious lunch that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. 👏
Finally, a massive thank you to everyone who took part and to all our wonderful volunteers who worked behind the scenes to make the day run so smoothly.

Club Grub is back this Friday 14 Aug!

We’re back at South Cronulla Bowlo with the Club Grub menu, all your usual favourites, and a couple of specials that are well worth a try.

This week’s specials are White Pork Ragu and Hawaiian Chicken Schnitzel.

A little bright summer flavour in the middle of winter — perfect for an easy Friday night out.

🏆 HANDICAP TRIPLES FINAL 🏆
Well, Saturday was finals day for our Handicap Triples and what a game it was!
After a close-fought battle, Ron, June and Lyndall came out on top, taking the title 24–18. A very worthy win and plenty of reasons for those three to celebrate! 🍾
Here they are proudly showing off the trophy, presented by our Club President John who, for once, managed to hand over a trophy without breaking into song! 😂🎤
Commiserations to our runners-up Julie, Judy and Gillian, who gave it everything and were never far away from taking the win themselves. 👏
Another great competition, another great day with great people and that's what makes South Cronulla Bowls Club the Shire’s friendliest club, probably! 💚

Our Rookies Are Making Their Mark!
What a fantastic achievement for our South Cronulla Bowls Club rookies, with all five players proudly representing the club in the Metro South East Rookies Competition. We’re incredibly proud of every one of you for stepping up and giving it a go.
A special mention goes to our four bowlers who qualified through to the final day – the two Stuarts, Ron and Peter! 👏🎳 While the results didn’t go their way on finals day, reaching that stage is a tremendous accomplishment in itself and an invaluable experience to build on for the future.
Regardless of results, simply entering a competition like this is a huge step forward and a brilliant way to develop skills, confidence, and match experience. Who knows where these talented new bowlers will be this time next year?
Well done again to all our rookies – you’ve already made the club proud, and this is just the beginning!
