Sutherland 2 Surf Fun Run

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers.

The 2026 Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf would not be possible without the dedication, energy and commitment of our amazing volunteers.

This year over 300 Wanda volunteers got stuck in - from first aid to water stations, registrations, setup, pack down and everything in between - your smiles, encouragement and support are the foundation of this community event.

To every volunteer who gave their time, we thank you. We are incredibly grateful for the role you played in making the 2026 Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf a record-breaking year!

What a day! The 2026 Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf was one for the history books, with a record-breaking 8,829 entrants taking part in our iconic event.

From the streets of Sutherland to the shores of Wanda, participants of all ages came together to run, walk and celebrate the incredible community spirit that makes this event so special.

A huge thank you to our participants, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and the Sutherland Shire community for helping us achieve this milestone year. Your support ensures the Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf continues to thrive as the major fundraiser for Wanda Surf Life Saving Club.

U-Go has got your race day travel covered!

Pre-race shuttle service
5:45am – 6:45am
Depart from the Cronulla High School bus bay on Bate Bay Road and travel to the Eton Street bus stop, directly in front of The Pavilion of Performing Arts.

We recommend getting there early to avoid missing out. Buses will leave once full, so don’t wait until the last minute!

Post-race shuttle service
9:00am – 11:00am
Depart from the Cronulla High School bus bay on Bate Bay Road and travel to the Eton Street bus stop, directly in front of The Pavilion of Performing Arts.

Buses will be available between 9:00am and 11:00am, allowing participants to return to the start line after completing the event.



U-Go Mobility

The Athlete’s Foot Hill Heroes of the 2026 Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf!

The Athlete’s Foot Hill Heroes will start at the intersection of Gannons Road and Kingsway and finish at Seagulls Soccer Field.

The fastest male, fastest female, school with the fastest average pace (announced next week), and the overall Hill Hero will each win a prize!

One hill. One challenge. One chance to become a Hill Hero.

To be in with a chance to win, participants must pass Seagulls Soccer Field by 9:15am.

T&Cs apply. The school prize is limited to the first 100 participants from each school.

U-Go Mobility is the official travel partner of the 2026 Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf, with complimentary shuttle buses running between the finish and start lines.

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers, who worked tirelessly today to process late registrations and transform the Shire to be race ready!

From setting up the course to preparing the event village, the Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf simply wouldn’t be possible without their dedication and hard work.

The Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf starts at 7:30am tomorrow.
There’s still time to join, with late registrations available from 6:00am – 7:15am tomorrow - Sunday, 19 July 2026, at the Sutherland Multi-Purpose Centre, 123 Flora Street, near the start line.
