People always ask if you should train in the morning or the evening. The answer isn't as simple as one of the other. There are pros and cons to both. Whichever you find suits your schedule and helps you consistently show up is the best one for you.

Being an athlete means you need to be powerful, explosive, and coordinated to be impactful in play. This goes beyond standard strength training that is linear and muscle specific. Whole body movements like plyometrics, slams, throws, and explosive intent matter more as an athlete than a typical lifter.

Always remember to do a warm up before getting into your workout. This will help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce your risk of injury. A good warmup is the start of a good workout.
