More food rules = more restriction.
More restriction = more food noise.
More food noise = a harder time staying consistent
The more rules you create around food, the easier it is to feel like you’ve “failed” when you break one
And that’s where the restrict → overeat → feel guilty → restrict again cycle can begin.
Good nutrition doesn’t have to mean perfect nutrition
And labelling foods as good and bad is super unhealthy
You can eat mostly nutrient-dense foods AND have chocolate
You can prioritise protein AND eat dessert
You can work towards fat loss AND go out for dinner
You can have structure without making food feel stressful
The goal isn’t to create more rules, it’s to build an approach to nutrition you can actually live with
If you’re stuck in the cycle of over-restricting, overthinking food, or constantly “starting over,” we can help you simplify it.
Send us a message with the word COACHING and let’s build a nutrition approach that actually fits in with your life 🤍
