"I'm hosting a Q&A evening at PhysiPro Athletic in Seaford on Friday 28 August and I'd love to get some of the Casey Cardinia Athletics crew along.
I'll be talking through the journey from local footy and starting running properly in 2020 through to national titles and representing Australian Athletics, but mainly focusing on the useful stuff behind it — training, injuries, mistakes, setbacks, racing and what I'd do differently — then opening it up for questions.
