Monday Schedule:

Glow team, meet Cassie! ✨

If you’ve been in the studio over the past few months chances are you’ve seen Cassie on a reformer—she’s been part of our Glow community as a client while on maternity leave, and now she’s back… but this time, as a trainer 🧡

With a background in sports therapy, injury prevention, and movement rehabilitation, Cassie is all about helping women feel strong, confident, and pain-free. She’s got the qualifications to back it up too—a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) and an Advanced Diploma of Sports Therapy—so you’re in seriously good hands!

Catch her every Wednesday at 11:30 AM for Glow + The Babes (mammas, this one’s for you!) and 12:30 PM for our Open Level class. We can’t wait for you to move with her.
