At TCA, we have some incredible athletes. At times they move so well that we may not need to say much when teaching them a new exercise. It's great to see them building upon what they have learnt every time.

You can learn some great lessons from coaching young athletes too. One of these is the importance of communication. Two athletes hearing the same exercise instructions can produce two different results. Remember, if someone doesn't understand what you're saying then chances are you haven't said it well enough or adapted your message to the individual.

How good winner of High Performance Award recipient, Mia Evans 🔥🔥🔥

2023 was the first year presenting the award. It is awarded to the athlete judged to display an ongoing commitment to the SCB mantra, taking responsibility to live out high performance behaviours, striving to improve each time she is on court and always leading by example.

We couldn’t think of a more worthy recipient for our very first High Performance award, congratulations Mia!

The TCA team are proud to have been a part of the player immersion program with for Fijian netball international players Reama and Avelina. Was great to help facilitate their strength and conditioning programming during the time they were here.
